Eating fruit Rumble Rumble gave him the ability to edit, create and converted into electricity. It is also able to use the mantra that makes it possible for anyone to predict the movement and positional sense to anyone within a certain range.

Too! This was the German Connichi either in 2006 or 2009. I hope someone can identify this cosplay so I can give it deserves it!
